Within the realm of combatting human trafficking, individuals who have survived sex and labor trafficking possess in-depth knowledge. Through their encounters, we gain valuable insights into the factors that contribute to their vulnerability and exploitation. As part of AWARE 2023, Mississippians Against Human Trafficking presents an opportunity to hear from a Mississippi survivor of human trafficking who is willing to openly discuss their personal journey, with the aim of raising community awareness and empowering potential victims to recognize and avoid similar situations.
